The Fazendinha is home to various animals that can be observed by the public, with the aim of learning about their origins and the special care given to each species.

As well as horses, sheep, mini pigs, guinea pigs, cows, goats and sheep, you might be surprised by a couple of llamas and a pair of ostriches.

Visitors are allowed to interact with the Fazendinha's residents, respecting the animals' welfare in accordance with the Eco Park team's instructions.

This is one of the Eco Park's experiences with a fixed schedule, always at 10.30am and 4pm.

It is a time for education and learning about the protection and rehabilitation of birds of prey that have been taken in.

Eco Park's team of falconers rehabilitates the birds for flight and their natural behaviors, leading them to live a life in accordance with the biology of each species and stimulating positive levels of well-being.

You can see the birds flying around in search of food.

The instructors also explain the origins of the art of falconry and its historical importance in the development of society and the conservation of birds.

No, birds of prey are predatory animals that require experience in their handling and, without the necessary care and equipment, can hurt or injure a person.

If you want to have a greater connection and follow the Eco Park team's care of these animals, we recommend purchasing the Backstage visit - "A day with the birds of prey".

Contact our team for more information.

This is a scheduled experience, with a specific ticket, which always takes place in the morning, starting at 8am.

Visitors can follow the work of the management team and care for the birds of prey, such as feeding, weighing, cleaning and maintaining the shelters, among other activities.
