Eco Park Foz has reason to celebrate: between January and August this year, the park received 61,390 tourists, compared to 46,567 visitors in the same period last year. The result represents an increase of approximately 32% and consolidates the park as one of the main spaces for environmental education, conservation and leisure in the region.
The growth reflects the work done by the park in rehabilitating animals that have been mistreated, combined with a program that integrates animal conditioning, welfare and educational activities. Each visit not only provides moments of leisure, but also brings to the public messages of environmental awareness and the appreciation of fauna, supporting conservation projects through the visits.
Eco Park Foz has stood out for the diversity of experiences on offer. In addition to daily presentations, such as the Presentation of Eco Park Foz, which combines the free training of Creole horses with the flight of birds of prey, the attraction also has the exclusive "Rapina - A Day with the Birds of Prey" tour, an immersive experience in the universe of falconry, recognized as a cultural heritage of humanity by UNESCO.
The visitation circuit also includes spaces that will delight families and visitors of all ages: the Fazendinha, with interaction with domestic animals; the Meliponário, which features Brazilian stingless bees; the Lago das Capivaras, where you can ride a pedal boat; and the Floresta dos Primatas, Brazil's first immersive primate enclosure.
